Can I try it free?

Yes. New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You don’t need to enter payment details to start.

Who is BillBench for?

Contractors, tradespeople, freelancers, and small businesses that want professional invoices, quotes, and receipts without wrestling with spreadsheets or generic templates.

What can I put on a document?

Client and business details, company branding, logo and signature, images, itemized lines, tax and currency, deposits, and your own payment instructions. Use what fits the job.

How much can I store per account?

We cap saved data so sync stays fast and dependable. You can keep up to 500 saved customers, 100 business profiles, 500 saved item sets with up to 100 items per set, and 50 images across your documents.

How does billing work after the trial?

Your trial starts when you create an account. Still no card required. After that, choose monthly or yearly (yearly saves you about three months). No surprise fees, no ads. Cancel whenever you like.

What happens to my data?

We don’t keep your finished PDFs on our servers, and we don’t track you around the web. When you’re logged in, your form data (customers, line items, business profiles, preferences) syncs securely to the cloud so you can pick up on another device. While you edit, a copy also sits in your browser; it’s cleared when you leave the site.
