How does the subscription work?
Your 7-day free trial starts automatically when you create an
account - no payment details required. During or after your
trial, you can subscribe to the monthly plan to keep using
BillBench™. You can also switch to the yearly plan
anytime (and save about 3 months' worth of fees). We never
charge extra fees or show ads, and you're free to cancel at any
time.
How does BillBench™ handle my data?
Your privacy is important to us. We don't store or share your
invoice PDFs, we don't track you across the web, and we don't
keep your generated documents on our servers.
When you're logged in, we securely store all your entered data
in AWS DynamoDB so you can access it across devices. This includes
your saved customers, form data (invoice/quote/receipt fields,
line items, tax and currency settings), business details (logo,
signature, photos, sender information), and your document type
and template preferences. Form input data is temporarily saved
in your browser's local storage while you're editing, then synced
to AWS when you finish editing each field. For your security,
all localStorage data is automatically cleared when you exit
the site.
We only keep the minimum needed to run your account (like your
email). All account information (email, password, payment
details) is securely managed by trusted, industry-leading
providers.
